How far in advance should I place an order?

We ask that you please place orders at least 2 weeks in advance. Orders made less than 7 days in advance are subject to a rush order fee of $75.

Do you offer delivery?

Yes, delivery is available at a surcharge of $25 to deliver within a 20 mile radius of 33844. We offer delivery including but not limited to Haines City, Davenport, Winter Haven, Lake Wales, Auburndale, Poinciana, Kissimmee, Lakeland. Outside of our 20mile radius, the rate of delivery will be determined based on mileage.

Do you sell gluten free or vegan cakes?

At this time, we do not have any gluten free or vegan options.

Question 4

How can I place a custom order?

Accepted Answer

For a custom order, please complete the contact form and we will be in touch with you to provide you with a quote. Once you are ready to place your order, we will send you an invoice via email with all the order details and the link to pay the 50% required deposit to reserve your order.

Question 5

The cake I want is not in my budget. What can I do?

Accepted Answer

We will try to give you options that may fit your budget, such as a smaller cake. Cupcakes, cookies, or cake pops instead of a custom cake. But please note that custom work comes at a custom price tag, and we are unable to price match.

Question 6

Do you provide cake toppers or plastic toys?

Accepted Answer

We do not provide inedible cake toppers or toys. Any toppers or toys included in a cake design must be provided by the client to Sugar Cakes Bakery no less than 3 days prior to order pick up date should the client wish that we place these items on the cake for them.

What items do you sell?

We sell custom cakes, cupcakes, cookies, and cake pops.
